Our Story
Calyx RCM was born out of both experience and heart. After more than 30 years in revenue cycle management, healthcare technology, and business intelligence, I knew it was time to do things differently — to build something that truly puts people first.
I’ve spent my career helping healthcare organizations grow — from setting up billing teams for small practices to leading operations for more than 700 locations across the country. Along the way, I’ve held roles in RCM leadership, business development, and product management for national healthcare software companies. But no matter how large the system or complex the technology, what mattered most always stayed the same: the patient experience, the provider’s peace of mind, and the strength of the relationships in between.
As a lifelong San Antonian, I’m proud to serve practices not just here in Texas, but nationwide. We started Calyx to be more than just another billing company — we’re a dedicated partner who works inside your EMR, understands your goals, and supports your team like one of our own.
